This weekend we are heading into a celebration of what we call Easter! There will be lots and lots of coloring of eggs, Easter baskets, Easter Egg Hunts, Candy, pastel colors ect....ect.... Do you know what we really should be celebrating on this weekend? This is a time to reflect upon the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to earth and lived as a man for 33 years before he was crucified on the Cross for the Sins of every man. He Died on the Cross for your Sins and my Sins. He was buried in the tomb and rose again 3 days later just like he Promised. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Do you believe that God sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to this earth to die on the Cross for the Sins of every man and woman? Do you believe that Christ was Crucified, Buried and Rose again just as he Promised? Have you ever called upon the name of the Lord to be Saved and repented of your Sins? What better time than this Easter Weekend! For behold NOW IS THE TIME FOR SALVATION!
